Websites for businesses where the sale still happens on a phone call.
I design and build the whole website myself — the structure, the words, the code. Two sites are live in two countries: a 25-room hotel in Punjab and a licensed immigration adviser in New Zealand. Both exist to make a stranger trust a business enough to pick up the phone.

The Grand Ambassador
Hotel, restaurant, bar and banquet hall — fourteen pages, one house.
Rooms — three types, each its own pageBooking — live rates, before anyone pays
Booking, on a phone. Call, WhatsApp and Book stay fixed where the thumb is.
The problem
Twenty-five rooms, seven named spaces under one roof, and no way for anyone to see them. Nearly every enquiry arrives as a phone call or a WhatsApp message — a good part of it from families abroad booking for relatives at home. That isn’t a constraint to work around. It’s the thing to design for.
What’s on it
—An availability check in the hero: dates, guests, straight through to a booking request.
—Every enquiry button opens WhatsApp with the message already written — room type, dates, guests.
—Guest reviews quoted in full, in their own words, rather than trimmed to a star rating.
—Walking distance to the station, the airport and the university — what guests actually ask.

NZ Visa Immigration Services
Licensed immigration advice — six visa pathways, one adviser.
Home — the licence number is visible before the fold
Pathways — one page per visa categoryFees — a starting price on the page, not on request
On a phone. The licence number stays one tap from the public register.
The problem
In New Zealand it is an offence to give immigration advice without a licence or a recognised exemption, and the competition is unlicensed agents who promise outcomes. The site’s job was to make one adviser’s licence — and her refusal to promise anything — impossible to miss, to readers in a dozen countries.
What’s on it
—The licence number in the header, the footer and beside her name, linked to the public register so anyone can check it.
—A path finder that suggests a starting visa category, labelled plainly as a starting point and not advice.
—A starting price on the page, the first call free, and no guaranteed outcome anywhere on the site.
—Short sentences throughout — most readers are reading in their second language.

02 — How it works
01
A call, free
Half an hour, booked in your working day. What the business is, who rings, and what they ask before they commit.
02
A structure
Which pages exist, in what order, and what each one has to do. Agreed before any design.
03
Design and copy together
You don’t send me copy. I write it from the call, and you correct it. It is the shortest route to a site that says something.
04
Built, live, yours
Hand-coded and fast, on your own domain, with the files and the access in your name. The New Zealand site went from brief to live in eight working days; how long yours takes depends mostly on how quickly the words come back.
What that includes
Structure and page strategy
Design, desktop and phone
All of the writing
The build — hand-coded, no page builder
Speed, search and the things Google checks
A shot list for your photographer
Fixes and small changes after launch
What it costs
One fixed price for the whole site, agreed in writing before we start.
No hourly rate, no charge per page, no monthly plan you have to remember to cancel. If the scope changes, we talk about it before anything is built.
Calls are booked in your working day. Early or late is my problem, not yours.
Paid in your currency
Bank transfer or Wise, in NZD, AUD, GBP, USD, EUR or INR. Half to begin, half at launch.
Everything in writing
Scope, price and dates in one document you can read twice before you agree to it.
The site is yours
Domain, hosting and files in your name from day one. Nothing is held hostage if we part ways.
04 — Start a project
Tell me about the business, not the website.
What you sell, who rings you, what they ask before they trust you. I’ll tell you what the site should be — and whether you need one at all. Wherever you are, the first call is free and in your time zone.
